The TPT553-LG has a 5" post with 36" offset to minimize protrusion into the play area and a 36" x 60" glass backboard. This is an excellent unit for anyone mounting the unit on a driveway or area where play area is at a premium. The spring assist crank design makes the unit easy for a 5 year old to crank up and down. The triple threat pole structure design is the most durable on the market and carries assurance against damage from dunking and even hanging on the rim! Ironclad Sports provides pole pad, gusset pad and backboard pad free with each triple threat unit.
