The Edelbrock Performer Intake Manifold is manufactured from aluminum and given a natural finish. They feature a patented runner design and have an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) provision. This boosts the torque and horsepower over a wide RPM range, from off-idle to 5, 500 RPM. This Performer Series intake is for 4-barrel carburetors and it has a spread bore flange. They accept late-model choke, water neck, alternator, and air conditioning brackets and HEI (High Energy Ignition) system.
